Block Jira Time Tracking on Done Items with Automatic Timers
Clockwork’s automatic timers track time based on the assignee’s working hours and the Jira item status. When enabled, a timer starts whenever the item is moved into an active status (typically work-in-progress) and stops when it is transitioned out of these statuses. This means no time is recorded when an item is in Done as long as that status is not marked as active in your Clockwork configuration. Blocking Jira Time Tracking on Done Items – Manual Timers and Worklogs

1. In Jira, navigate to Space settings → Workflows and to edit the relevant workflow.
